Error in AR interface

Hello

We are getting these errors in AR interface

You can not apply more than the original line amount and The total amount of your credit memo cannot exceed the balance of the debit item it is crediting. We have created an invoice including TAX. This invoice is coming from Projects. and we are crediting this also from Projects. But it is giving above error.

We are on 11.5.10.2

Kindly suggest.
