How can I disable the Solaris 10 webconsole?

Hello,
The Solaris 10 webconsole seems to be deprecated and removed from Solaris 11.
As I ever use it either in Solaris 10 how can I disable it?
Should I expect any negative impact?

At first I see no dependent services:
# svcs -D webconsole
STATE          STIME    FMRI
