Oracle Data Obfuscation / Data Masking

I’m looking for a product that works on both Oracle and SQL Server.
I was thinking along the lines of data substitution where we could recover the production database to QA/Dev, then change the data to have the same characteristics of prod data. But, the actual production data is replaced. In this way development and testing could proceed with production-like data.
