Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. One record stuck in transcation open interface , after analysis its observed that in shipping transcation form,

delivary id closed, but next step shows run interface.

We need urgent help to resolve this issue, as it required for month closing activity
