Oracle Upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.2.5

Hi everyone, I planned to go from a non ASM 11.2.0.2 to an ASM 11.2.0.2.5.
But, first I want to get to 11.2.0.2.5. I've installed DB and GI 11.2.0.2 and 11.2.0.2.5 patches in a separate home from the current home.

My plan was to shutdown the database. Copy the spfile, init, and password files to new 11.2.0.2.5 dbs.

Change oratab (this is AIX) to show database has new 11.2.0.2.5 Oracle home.

Restart database so that is running under patched oracle home. Then run the catbundle script for 11.2.0.2.5.

Any issues with doing this?
