Baseline targets are greyed out

We just installed Ops Center 12c last week.  I'm trying to run some reports, mainly the Baseline Analysis Reports, and can't because we can't choose a target.  All of our assets show up in the list, but they are greyed out and we can't select them.  Any ideas on what we need to do to get the reports working?
