M5000 rebootxscf command

I wish to turn off the https web portal on my dev/test global.  I notice I have to issue a rebootxscf command in order for the change to take effect.  Will issuing this command take down the global domain as well?  Tried searching the internet for an answer but came up with nothing.  Wanted to see if anybody else had experience with this command.
