Health Care Provider and Supplier Contracts

To All:

In Supplier Contracts 9.1 the contracts are at the SetID level.  In a hospital environment where there are many hospitals as BU's contracts for items in the item master for a vendor can have one price for a hospital and another price for another hospital.  How do we get around the contract being at the set id?  I know we can have multiple contracts for the same vendor and item and the requester can select the correct contract but there has to be a better way to default the correct contract.
