Use of Different Hierarchies Within PA Implementation Options.

We are running into the issue documented in:

APP-PA-19052 When Updating The Structure In An Burden Organization Hierarchy


From the User's Guide we know:
The Project Burdening Hierarchy defaults to the burden schedule from the business
group organization definition.

Here is the question:
How are you getting around this issue?

There are three hierarchies in Setup-->System-->Implementation Options

System Tab
Default Reporting Organization  Hierarchy

Project Setup Tab
Project/Task Owning Organization Hierarchy

Expend/Costing
Expenditure/Event Organization Hierarchy

Are you using a different Default Reporting Organization Hierarchy from your Burden Hierarchy?
