Cloning 3 node RAC database by RMAN

Hello,         We have bench environment of RAC database. I want to clone the RAC database on the same server through RMAN. This will be the first time I will be doing cloning RAC database. Can some one help me with this. How should i proceed with detail steps in order to clone RAC database on same server with different database name.
