Customer Price List

We are using E1 9.0 and I am unable to generate a price list.  All goes well and the "shell" is created, but each time the "Generate Prices" is selected from the Form exit of P45520, all zeros.  Pricing is set up is correct as is evident using Check Price & Availability.  Currency is USD, Customer has a related Bill To (B) record.  I heard rumor that this function stopped working in 8.9.  Thanks.
