Progress sales order

HI

We have an requirement that sales order  is booked for 60 lines & all are buy item, we are using Back to back order

Can we progress complete sales order or we have progress line by line, in this case sales person has to progress 60 time if it is line by line, can we progress complete order in on time rather then going line by line
