We supply Oracle hardware along with our own software for use in military systems. Because of the nature of these systems they are never connected to the internet. Therefore the full functionality of ASR would not be available. However is it possible for ASR to be used in a 'local' mode and be able to a least send the details of the problem to a local email address? This would then assist the local technicans to first be aware of a problem and then manually generate a service request using the ASR supplied information. If ASR could be used in
