R30601 is taking too long to run

 We run R30601 nightly because of constant changes to BOM through Agile Interface. We have 8.7 million records in F3002. R30601 is taking too long to run - approx 22-24 hrs. How can we improve the performance. This UBE doesn't allow data selection as well. Bummer!
