Fast connection Failover for ODP.NET

 Hi, we are planning to implement Fast connection failover for ODP.NET clients on a RAC database. I am looking for some pointers and Code Samples as to how to handle the events / callback on the .Net application code.
How can we re-process the failed transactions through surviving Database instances etc.
any pointers/help will be really appreciated.
