Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can anyone please share how i can capture actual labour costs on the Oracle eAM work order.

References to any documents or content is highly appreciated.

FYI: we are currently on R12.1.2
