Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Workflow. Sending an email when a particular picklist items is used in Activity/Task

My Workflow Rule Condition is.....[<Type>] = LookupValue("[<Type>]", "CCR-Customer Profile Request" )

I would actually like it to trigger any time the 'type' starts with CCR.

I have tried several version of this and nothing is working. Any Ideas?
