CNC, DB and Operating System - JDE1 (MOSC)

9.1 Installation

I am performing a 9.1 fresh install. Database engine installs with no errors then I receive an error about the database services not being started. I have verfied and the services are started. Has anyone run into this before? I have attached a screen shot.
