'R11 local catalog' converted to Global Blanket Purchase Agreement

Hi All,

We are migrating from 11i to 12.

Current Busines Practice :

We have local catalog in R11i ( and no contract ). Users select the items from it to create purchase requisition.

Once requistion is approved, it goes to Req Pool. Buyers convert those requistion to purchase Orders.

Buyers have control over req pool and they want to have that way.

After migrating to 12 ( still in test environment )

Local catalog has been converted to Global Blanket Purchase Agreement.

Now, approved purchase requistion is getting converted to Purchase Orders without buyers intervention.

What business want ?

Business want to have control over those requistions.
