Unable to Access Servr Manager Screens after upgrading from 8.1.1.5 to 8.1.1.6 on DB2

Dear Experts,
Did anyone seen this before.
Customer upgraded their environment from 8.1.1.5 to 8.1.1.6 on AIX machine and DB platform is DB2.
After upgrading they are unable to access Server Admin views.
found one defect especially for DB2 environments in 8.1.1.6 release notes which needs to create some softlinks.
Even after modifying as per release note, the issue is still existing.

Any suggestions on this pls...
