System name not populated in MFS

Hi guys,

I have a Service Request based on an instance, which has a System name. In MFS I can view the task, SR and instance information. The System field is not populated. When I do the same in the Technician Portal the field is populated.

Do I need to do something to get this field populated in MFS?

Release = 12.1.3
