NFS voting disk offline and resulting Problems...

Hello,

our RAC (11.2.0.2) contains 3 voting disks. Two of these are located on SAN and one is on a NFS. Now we have problems with the third (NFS) disk – it is currently offline.
Normally this should be no problem, because the remaining 2 are online. Actually the RAC is running but we are faced with some difficulties:

It is not possible to query a few views. For example the statement
SQL> select * from v$asm_disk;
hangs forever.

Unmounting the disk did not solve the Problem.

We tried to remove the NFS disk, with the following Statement but it hangs:
SQL> alter diskgroup OCR drop QUORUM disk OCR_0003
