Query to get Organization Authority assigned to any Resource

Hello

I am unable to view table used to store details of form PAXRESSC, which is Resource form under Project Resource Management Responsibility.

I tried note How To Query Organizational Authority Assigned To Users [ID 1345114.1] but it is not showing any details for employees having Resource authority.

We are on 11.5.10.2.
