getting OS errors in alert log ora-27300, ora-27301, ora-27302 not sure how to resolve

anyone know how to troubleshoot these errors.....I've adjusted the memory_target & memory_max_target.  My sga_max_target was inappropriatly set at 13gb...I set memory_target and memory_max_target now at 2080mg
