What does 1013311.1 mean?

 I ran across the following while looking for End of Service Life info:




which includes the following:

"CAM/MVS and CAM/UNIX had an End of Life date of 12/31/2002.
No service or support is available without time and materials contract."

What does that mean?  I did not start using CAM until mid 2005.  I do  not remember ever seeing that it is not supported before.
