Asset Management Basic add workflow error

We received this question thru the SR, and are sharing it here in the community for other users to benefit from.

QUESTION:

When we add an asset using the basic add component an error message is shown "Financial Asset Manager has no members". We would like to have a recommendation of how to disable this.
