RAC 11gr3 3 node rac cluster Migration

We need to migrate a 3 node 11gr3 cluster from datacenter A to datacenter B, the only viable option we have is through SAN replication. Dataguard is not workable solution .

In 10g the exercise was carried by building the cluster on the other side first, Replicating the SAN , then copying asm spfile, adding the asm instance,starting the asm instance, adding and starting the database on the nodes.

But in 11gr3 how do we do this?
