Sales Price Update after Ship Confirming Sales Order

  All,

   Does it make sense to allow the user to Update the sales Price after the ship Confirmation is done in JDE EOne?

 

  I have scenario in which i create a Foreign Sales order by manually populating the Unit Price and Ship Confirmed the Sales Order.

    After which i modify the exchange rate and ran the UBE R42950 (Sales Order Batch Price / cost). R42950 Processing option is set to update Exchange rate and Update Price.

   In this scenario the unit Price in Sales Order gets updated according to the new exchange rate.

    I'm of opinion after ship Confirmation is done, the user must not be allowed to modify the sales order unit price, without any approval.
