Part pooling

Hello,
We have a need to generate part pool in Agile which is prechecked for uniqueness and reserved in the external system (ex: ERP) and available for Agile users to use instead of checking & reserving real time which might encounter performance issues due to system availability or network.

Any thoughts will be helpful
