Invalid Locations when entering Contractor Request in iProcurement

Hi,

When trying to enter a Contractor Request in iProcurement using the Demo instance and choosing V1- New York City value for the Location and clicking "Continue" an error is shown saying that I should choose a valid Location.

Which can be the reason? Should I change some setup for the Location to become available here?
