PN:mported Locations are not showing in Office form

 Hi All,
I have imported few location information from legacy system to Oracle Property Manager. They do not appear in the form, however they are very well there in the tables. I am not sure whether it is due to the data or some other reason. Here's the data case:

1. Building : 04-070 Start Dt: 01-AUG-2005
2. Floor: 01 Start Dt: 01-AUG-2005
3. Room 1(Setup using Interface Program)
01 Start Dt 01-NOV-2007 End Date: 31-DEC-2007
01 Start Dt 01-JAN-2008 End Date: 31-Mar-2008
4. Room 2(Manually Setup)
02 Start Dt 01-NOV-2007 End Date: 31-DEC-2007
03 Start Dt 01-JAN-2008 End Date: 31-Mar-2008

Issue: If I query for the room record (using Building window), I can only see 04-070-01-02 room which was manually setup. But 04-070-01-01 which is identically setup from interface program is not seen.
