Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Tabular Form message "This form contains unsaved changes..."

Hi all,
We have recently upgraded to APEX 4.1.1 and noticed that tabular forms from 3.2 apps are displaying the message, "This form contains unsaved changes. Press "Ok" to proceed without saving your changes." We have searched the APEX 4.1.1 documentation and found reference to WWV_RENDER_REPORT3.UNSAVED_DATA message, but this only talks about translating the message to a different language.
