Goldengate integrated capture

I am trying to start integrated extract. It is integrated capture on local database. I am seeing the error ERROR OGG-02022 Logmining server does not exist on this Oracle database in extract report . If I try to register seeing this error
GGSCI (yokodb01.corning.com) 2> register extract testisyc shscpm
ERROR: Invalid syntax for REGISTER command.

We are using 11.2.0.3 with BP5 database.

Can somebody tell how to register integrated capture?
