Backup to a remote server

My colleauge has been backing up several databases to my RMAN catalog server and the disk space has filled up.  I would like to backup the databases to a third machine which has more space.  I have other databases which need backups and no place to go.  I can't find an example or any discussion for a remote server that does not involve Data Guard or some other utility.
