Transaction Errors Processing

In Oracle Installed Base Admin I find many records in the Transaction Errors Processing form. I cannot find any details on the support site for this error message:Instance End Date is needed for Terminable Statuses defined in Installed Base Statuses Setup Table.

Please tell me what this means and how to resolve the issue if you know. Thank you!
