Error when create customer by using TCA API: Unable to process your transaction. The operating unit

Hi,

I have develop code to create customer by using TCA API, and get this error:

Unable to process your transaction. The operating unit is either invalid or it cannot be derived. Please verify your Multi-Org profile options.

I have check profile:

- MO: Operating Unit (SITE_VISIBLE_VALUE = VNG Head Office, SITE_PROFILE_VALUE = 83)

- MO: Security Profile (SITE_VISIBLE_VALUE = Setup Business Group, SITE_PROFILE_VALUE = 0)
