Entering Depreciation method with 0 month

Hi Freinds
I am trying to enter the depreciation methods as STL.

When I am trying to enter the method with 0 year and 0 month application is giving me the error as APP-OFA-47504 : Please enter a value for years that is grater then 0.However I have checked in our other instance and found this row in FA_METHODS as avaialble with LIFE_IN_MONTHS=0.

Can any body please help me to get this row of depreciation method ?
