Issue with 11.2.0.3 Standalone GI

I have installed 11.2.0.3 Standalone GI and when I try to start up the stack, I receive the following error..
[grid@ukirp255 /u00/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid]$ crsctl start has
CRS-4124: Oracle High Availability Services startup failed.
CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

when I look into the crsctl_grid.log, I see the following entries..

2012-05-02 16:27:35.859: [  OCRMSG][2756599216]prom_connect: error while waiting for connection complete [24]
2012-05-03 05:18:31.609: [  OCRMSG][127516080]prom_waitconnect: CONN NOT ESTABLISHED (0,29,1,2)
2012-05-03 05:18:31.609: [  OCRMSG][127516080]GIPC error [29] msg [gipcretConnectionRefused]
2012-05-03 05:18:31.609: [  OCRMSG][127516080]prom_connect: error while waiting for connection complete [24]

Please help to resolve the issue.
