Unassigning Multiple Trips from a delivery

We have been doing upgrade on 11.5.9 to R12.1.3 and have an issue with the un-assigning a trip. Here goes the scenario.

I have a delivery which has multiple trips assigned to it. As a result, whenever I perform "Unassign from TRIP" from delivery tab the system pops up the list of TRIPs tagged to it. And I can choose the desired TRIPs and un-assign. But, this list of value is popping up only when I have more than one trip. For the last TRIP the system doesn't show any LOV pop-up but the TRIP is being un-assigned soon I click Action>Un-Assign Trip > GO.
