Best way to track companies Channel Managers are trying to establish partnering relationships with
Our Channel Managers are working on finding new companies that we can partner with. These are not true Partners yet, just in the initial discussions of becomeing partners. We would like to be able to track the companies they are talking to the status of these conversations (is it active, did they successfully become a partner, did they not become a partner). We are using PRM, but I don't see a way to actually track this, just what current Partners are registering for deals. I am having difficutly finding informaiton on the best practices here. Does anyone have any experience
