File system mounts all lofs

Hi there,

all our file systems are loopback mounted (lofs) from the non-global zones to the global zones - some people told me that do not do that. Also the non-global zones are on external SAN disk.

What are the benefits of not doing the lofs mounts? Are there performance related issues or easier better administration etc,

Can somebody please highlight the main differences here?
