USPAY: Payroll Register has incorrect amount for Net Pay on Supplemental Run

We are having this problem on several of our employees and I see where Patch 3389338 resolves this issue.  Our version of PAYUSREG.rdf is 115.13 which is older than what the patch supplies.  Our DBA cannot locate this patch.  How can I retrieve this patch?  Should I log a SR?
