getting error by installing 11gR2 database PRVF-5322

 Hi,
I getting the error PRVF-5322 " Interner Fehler innerhalb von Cluster-Verifizierungs-Framework aufgetreten, ERRORMSG: PRVF-5322 : CRS-Benutzername für CRS Home "/opt/app/oracle/grid" konnte nicht abgerufen werden." I 've installed befor a Grid 11.2.01 Installation on a Oracle 6.2 linux box.

The Grid installation was successful. What is the problem here?? 

Please,help me..
