AIX 7.1 SP2 server halting right after starting database

I have had two AIX 7.1SP2  servers halted after starting their databases.  Oracle logs say databasse started, but AIX 7.1 halts with dump. IBM tech support says it may be an Oracle issue.  I coiuld not find anything in Oracle tech support for this issue.  Need help toubleshooting either and Oracle problem or an AIX problem.  We just upgraded to AIX 7.1 service pack (SP) 2.  We did not have a problem until we upgraded our OS.
