Inconsistencies during the Till close operations in POS

During odd times out, We faced this issue when using ORPOS 13.0.4.3

 Rep must have opened the till in offline mode. But when closing the till, he cannot even close the till or open another till in POS.

- POS gives the error saying "There are no open Tills in this register" while closing the till.

- If he/she tries opening a till in POS - "The cashier doesn't have a till assigned in this register".

We are using Register Accountability. I've seen in database and it clearly states that the drawer is properly assigned for that register in AS_DRW_WS too.
