Specific PC Issue causes LOV to hang when selecting Project on a Timecard

We have a user who's LOV hangs everytime he tries to select a Project when entering timecard information.  He is able to successfully do this on other people's computers.  When another user enters their time on his PC, they encounter the same issue.


I realize that this is a PC-specific issue, and not 100% Oracle related, but was hoping someone could offer up an Internet Explorer setting to check.  It has to be something in his settings that is causing this.  I've exhausted all thoughts on my end.  I'm out of ideas.
