Mass Release Work Orders Creating One Requistion With Same Supplier

Hi there

We have an issue right now when we mass release from the maintenance workbench and if there is multiple workorders with items to the same supplier it will pull it to the same requisition.  We need to have a one to one relationship with the work order and the requisition.  Does anyone know if it is a setup issue or is this standard functionality??  It's becoming a real problem sorting through stuff to try to plan jobs.  Let me know if anyone has seen this before.
