Installation of 10 Recommended Patches

I have looked around the net and not found a solution, so here I am. I have four server that I thought were pretty much configured the same way, but obviously not. I installed the latest 10 Recommended patchset on two of the servers and everything went right. On the remaining two the install stop when it gets to the first actual patch it tries  to installs. I have tried moving the patches to /tmp and creating the install user, but neither helped. Here is what I'm getting:
[root@appoc4 10_Recommended]# !538
./installpatchset --s10patchset

Setup .


Recommended OS Patchset Solaris 10 SPARC (2012.04.12)

The patch set will complete installation in this session. No intermediate
