Invalid components after running pre-upgrade scripts

I ran upgrade script @/oracle/app/product/11.2.0/rdbms/admin/utlu112i.sql and the following components are invalid:

OWM        Oracle Workspace Manager           10.2.0.4.3 INVALID
EXF        Oracle Expression Filter           10.2.0.4.0 INVALID
CONTEXT    Oracle Text                        10.2.0.4.0 INVALID
RUL        Oracle Rules Manager               10.2.0.4.0 INVALID
ORDIM      Oracle interMedia                  10.2.0.4.0 INVALID
AMD        OLAP Catalog                       10.2.0.4.0 INVALID
SDO        Spatial                            10.2.0.4.0 INVALID
ODM        Oracle Data Mining                 10.2.0.4.0 INVALID

I ran utlrp and manually tried to recompile but I could not recompile. I dropped and recreated ODM, RUL, SDO and EXF and AMD (all the COMP_ID) but I keep coming back to the same invalid state.
