Issue a CDN ROE when an employee has changed Pay Frequency

The situation:  An employee works several months for the same company, Employee Master Pay Cycle Code = W1, then switches from a weekly to a biweekly payroll in the same company and their Employee Master Pay Cycle Code = BW1.

When that employee is terminated, although that employee had EI History records in F06176 stamped with both pay frequencies "B" and "W", when we issue a Record Of Employment (ROE),  we have no choice on the Single ROE Print option of the ROE Workbench but to specify BW1 as the Pay Cycle Code.  If we try to select the records from F06176 by specifying the Final Pay Period corresponding to the Weekly pay periods in F06176, along with
